OUR STORY

GreenBear was born from dozens of conversations with building owners, building managers, and our own need for a smarter solution around document storage and management – better than papers stuffed in old-fashioned filing cabinets and beyond the limits of other cloud-based storage programs available today.

As President of Midwest Environmental Consulting Services, Blake Mellecker has been in the environmental, health, and safety industry helping organizations big and small for over 30 years. When his son Robert joined the family business, they sensed there was something bright for them on the technological horizon, and they leaned on 30 years of experience to create GreenBear; the document management solution they and their clients had been wishing for.

As tireless thinkers, dreamers, and doers, Blake and Robert have brought document management into the future – leveraging the latest technology to create a system that is scalable, accessible, and personalized for each company’s needs.
